Raw Afternoon Tea with Samovar

Samovar - special brewing method used to brew organic teas. 

Raw open sandwiches on our handmade raw bread and crackers. 

We make a very special Borodino/dark bread which you will not  notice is raw at all. It is made with rye, oat and buckwheat which is first sprouted, then dried in dehydrator, milled and mixed with organic, sulphate free dry fruit and herbs. The result is hardly any gluten left and a nutritional formula is formed to fill you up in delicious way.
